Shortridge Lawton Malvasia Madeira

Shortridge Lawton is a company dating back to 1757 that became part of the Madeira Wine Company along with a large number of other British owned producers. They were the last producer to ship there wine by sea around the world as part of the maturation process, with the wine being heated in the tropics. This is called Vinha da Roda, wine of the round voyage.
